Don’t Give Up — God Is Working Behind the Scenes
There are seasons in life when everything feels heavy. You pray, but the answer does not come. You wait, but the door does not open. You cry, but nothing seems to change. In those moments, the enemy whispers lies into your heart. He tells you that God has forgotten you. He tells you that your prayers are useless. He tells you that nothing will ever get better. But today, God is sending you a message: Don’t give up. I am still working behind the scenes.
Just because you cannot see God moving does not mean He is absent. Just because the answer has not appeared does not mean He has said no. Our God is always at work, even in silence. He is arranging things you cannot yet see. He is opening doors you cannot yet touch. He is preparing blessings you cannot yet imagine.
God does not work according to our timetable. He sees the whole picture while we only see one painful chapter. What feels like delay to us is often divine preparation in God’s hands.
Think about Joseph. He was hated by his brothers, thrown into a pit, sold as a slave, falsely accused, and forgotten in prison. Year after year, it looked like his life was going backward. But behind the scenes, God was positioning him for the palace. Behind the pain, there was purpose. Behind the delay, there was destiny.
That is the God we serve. He can take betrayal and turn it into blessing. He can take sorrow and turn it into strength. He can take what was meant to break you and use it to build you.
Maybe you are in a season right now where nothing makes sense. Maybe you are waiting for healing, for restoration, for provision, for a miracle, for peace in your home, or for clarity about your future. Hear this clearly: God is not ignoring you. He is working.
Not some things. Not easy things only. All things. The heartbreak, the disappointment, the closed doors, the sleepless nights, the unanswered questions—God can use all of it for your good and for His glory.
Your due season is coming. Your breakthrough is coming. Your answered prayer is coming. But the enemy wants you to stop right before the harvest. He wants you to walk away right before the miracle. He wants you to lose heart right before the turnaround. Do not let him win.
Remember Jesus in the tomb. To everyone watching, it looked finished. It looked hopeless. It looked like darkness had won. But behind the scenes, heaven was preparing resurrection power. On the third day, the stone was rolled away, and victory came forth.
So when life looks dead, when prayers seem buried, when hope feels weak, remember this: God specializes in resurrection. He is still writing your story.
So hold on. Keep praying. Keep worshiping. Keep trusting. Keep standing on the promises of God. What He is doing in secret will one day be seen in the open.
